I'm a little late on this, but thank you for the South Bay pack. Now all I need is some time to run my railroad.

The biggest myth about retirement "You have all the time in the world to do what you want" HA! Don't believe it.

delete the one loco that obsoletes the route for now, a fix is being worked on as we speak. Should have it out by Monday latest. Someone will post when that happens

The issue is now fixed as well. Redownload and reinstall the pack for the South Bay locos and it wont obsolete American Intermodal this time, I promise!

Am missing this kuid for the D&H C39-8, running Trainz 2012 build 61388. KUID list in the description on the site says its included, yet it shows as missing even after reinstalling and validating in CMP.

It's the interior kuid I think but I could be wrong , I love the d&h.

Oh if it is just go to Jr's site and redownload the dash 2. Cab mechanism for whatever version your running.

Mine shows it as a bogey KUID. The UP modern black or something. I have the interior installed without problems

Oh sorry try redownloading the whole file from Jr's site , load it back into cmp and overwrite everything . or try to revert your bogey dependency.

You shouldnt need that bogey as this was fixed quite a bit ago. A redownload and reinstall of the files ( delete the currently installed ones in your install for the engine) will take care of things.

My order; for was for 3 Loco's, and I was sent two different confirmations by paypal. I'm not bitching, just fix it. But I was charged twice and haven't received anything.

Actually I haven't been charged yet, but I have two different confirmations for the same order. I sent I message via Paypal to customer service or sales; ie where ever those messages go.

Please see your paypal dispute for more information on this as it has been taken care of and you should have your order now as well as refund for the one order cost. That would be a Paypal issue, not a JR store issue on the double-charge. In the future instead of opening a dispute a simple email to support will solve your problem. We are more than happy to correct any mistakes.

Fixed the C39, it was indeed a overwrite that was needed. Thanks for letting me know. Its a fun engine, even if the interior view isn't working atm.
