New Product

I need some assistance in creating a product. I have created a product called "Ethylene." It shows up in surveyor and it can be added to a cars allowable products, it loads & un-loads without any problems in Drve. The problem I am having is with the product icon, it is displayed as a black square in the queue. I have an icon of the product that I re-sized to 64 x 64. No mater what I do I can not get rid of the black square. I am running 2009. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Open up another similar asset and view how the graphics files are created. The program most likely requires a TGA file of a certain size, etc.

I did that already. The file is patterned after the Methane product.

Ensure that the icon uses the same graphics format and is named properly in the .texture.txt file. This can cause a black icon if it can't load properly. I had this happen with some rock textures. The one I copied was from an older version of Trainz, and the file a reference to a normal map in order to load properly. Once I got that sorted out, everything worked fine.

Where is the ".texture.txt file" located. I did a search and the the serch dialog stated that the file is missing.
