New PC,need help.

Hi everyone,
I received a new laptop today for christmas,so installed Trainz and I get this upon launch:

It stays full screen for about a second, then the optimal resolution notification pops up.

My laptop screen settings:

Trainz:

I want to go Full Screen, but I can't seem to figure out how.

I am running Windows 8.1.

Any help is appreciated,

change the display resolution to 1920x1080 by clicking on the down arrow in the little window.
It will ask if you want to confirm it... click ok.
Restart Trainz and should be ok. This sometimes happens when you start in SP1.
