New Patch Question

In ts12 i had the up to date patch and the game ran great at 1620x1080. i then got the new patch 58414 and now my game runs slow. i have made no changes to my computer. my question is can anyone tell me what happened? is anyone else having this problem and if so how can i fix it? thanks for any help.

It may not be a change you've made. There are known framerate problems involving SP1, although some of these are related to faulty content.
