Don't know whether this is a known trick or not. Only discovered it by accident but it is very handy.
In CPC portal control, If you enter a portal twice in the list, It will treat the portals as separate identities and emit trains at the times requested. Even emit emmediately will send trains out one after another. Opens many possibilities.
