New (non crazy) train drawing thread

The valve gear from a 2-6-2 that I'm drawing in pencil. I decided to do it on the computer too. I'll post both when they're done. It needs brake shoes and cylinder shading for what's there.

I have not seen a challanger on here so I am drawing one. Well its based of a challanger but its a challanger mallet.:D :D :D :D :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool:

A little something I've been tinkering with during study halls. still a WIP. (the Man, Engine, and Door are all drawn by me, the original Model goes to Michael Eby.)
 
I think I said it already but you're getting better. I think you should put more of a flange and tire around the driver though and do a frame behind them. You're better than was when I was your age though. Since you drew a real engine I decided to try it and drew a Western Maryland 2-10-0 but something doesn't look right about it. I'll post it anyway, along with the 2-8-6 commuter loco Sampug wants to see and a few others. I just hate taking pics and uploading them.

I've been experimenting a lot lately in my drawings, doing stuff I normally don't do, and it's made some pretty awesome things. This has a belpaire firebox, diamond stack, and I positioned the rods differently than I usually do.
