Welcome to the forums, and to Trainz.

In the future, please don't type everything in caps. In forums it's considered shouting. In the old days it meant you were a computer operator that worked with and IBM 3270.

Anyway,

What sessions are you trying to drive? If you choose the saved driver sessions, you'll see everything as you left them. If you choose the sessions in the edit session screen, nothing is operational. This is where the sessions are setup. I know it's a bit confusing, and to make matters worse, you can't edit a saved driver session once you created it. It's for driving only.

New junctions are not operable

I do see everything as I left it except the new junctions are no longer operable. 2 red arrows
