New JR Cab Not Working?

There seems to be lots of theorys about this problem. It could be as norfolkesothern37 says, the script did not run. I have sometimes had a similar thing happen to other locos, the cab being transparent. To fix it I simply close the session without saving, then close down Trainz, reboot my computer and reload trainz.

Actually, you are incorrect regarding the build. SP4 is build 44653, which is higher than 41844 (which is SP3)

Ah, it was his typo that messed me up. He posted 48144 instead of 41844.

my bad, sorry, things have been hetic recently so i havent been able to check the thread, i have been sick all week, i am willing just to let it go, my computer is quite often stuped, and does not let me patch higher than SP3
so, oh well, i can slap the Engine SD for the cab and run it, it really makes no difference, i am happy with it with or without a cab, the model is lovely the way it is. so if there is any way to fix it and run SP3, i would like to know
otherwise, i dont really care

Can I ask what error(s) you get when you try to install SP4?

that in itself is posing a problem. im just telling what is happening based on the images, no guessing at the situation. i created the asset so i can tell you with certainty that is what happened.

How I Patch Trainz Is When I Open Up The Launcher
I Go To Options/Internet(Or Something Like That) And Then There is An Option To Click On Called "Patch Trainz"
I Can't Click That Anymore, So I Am Stuck With SP3
Because When I Try To Do It Any Other Way, It Will
(A) Crash My Computer
(B) Freeze And Not Do Anything
or
(C) Load Patched And Demand To Know What File Is The Patch Even Though I Just Clicked IT
[In Other Words It Cant Find It]

If you are using build 41844, try downloading the manual patch for 44653.

Be aware that if the patch has already failed, you may need to reinstall anyway.

The manual patch can be downloaded from http://download.ts2009.com/patch/41844_to_44653.exe (~450MB file).
