Add this:

<url="http://www.yahoo.com">http://imagelocation.jpg

Replace the angled brackets (<>) with the squared off ones ([]); vB doesn't use the angled brackets.

There's a detailed tutorial in the Trainz Community News under the Forum Tips banner. I think it's called Adding an image to your signature. It also includes adding a link.
It's in the May issue, but as the TCN was written for you, it really is in your interest to read them all. Here's a link to the downloads. They're all free.

http://trainzcommunity.com/newsletter

Or you can read them online at:

http://issuu.com/trainzcommunity

The Issuu site has a strange way odd displaying big projects. The white dots under the magazine represent every 20 pages. When you start, only the first 20 pages are shown. Click the second dot to get the next 20 etc.

You will also see that there is a limit to the size of your graphic. It must not exceed 800 wide or 100 high. Yours is currently 140 high.
