New Aircraft

You have to add another invisable track down the runway for that. The ones that are there only do landing and take off.

On http://www.ianztrainz.com.au/project9.htm site is says:

Code:
Airport Runways
Two runway models in bitumen and concrete surfacing are available. They are 1000 metres long and have four attached tracks, one for normal take off, one for short takeoff, one for landing and one for touch and go operations.
It is an industry model, so under AI, you can direct the aircraft to various stopping positions, taxiway on hold, take off hold, landing stop and taxiway off hold for both the normal takeoff track and a short takeoff track.
You need to place speed limits to control the taxi speed of aircraft, my invisible speed signs are suitable. You need signaling for use under AI.

And

I have had the track and at the mo using trackmarks for touch and go.

Thanks for this stuff, I mean, British? But Anyways:hehe:
Stagecoach, I can't move around Heathrow as it's missing levers. Any Idea what it is?
kuid:44090:1003, is missing from Lever Invisible by paulhobbs

Thanks Stagecoach, the upload process is working again. :)

I thought the VC10 was a good model for the older aircraft. The Mustangs are upgraded to eliminate the pantograph landing gear. While testing, I noticed they took a long time to slow down, so have increased the deceleration of the spitfire engine config they use, this upgrade is also available.

The next models will be the Messerschmitt 110:

and then the RAAF Chinook:

The Gatling gun on this Warthog is great to see and hear, the sound is really good.

The other new Aircraft on Ian's Website are all equally as good, these just fit a layout I am working on withr nbrettoner (Noel). As I said, they still need some more work until completed and Ian has plans for some more but I am not sure which Aircraft he is planning on doing. It would not matter anyway as they will be all worth while to any layout people are working on or planning.

:):):)

What trainz version is this?

Hi jamie
The missing kuids are invisible levers which ive replaced because I could not find them on the DLS and dont know where they came from originaly. If you delete my map and session you can get a better improved update of my WIP from here . Ive changed the way aircraft are controlled in the outer area of the map and have now improved the landing and take off control. The idea is to get a mixture of signals and ATLS assets to work together to form an automatic landing and take off so no two aircraft are on the runway at the same time no matter what commands you have given them. Runway 27L will allow both to happen while 27R only allows landing at the moment. This latest update has the start of terminals 1, 2 and three under construction, which is causing a few headaches to get right. Any problems please do let me know so I can check them out.

The A10 is build 2.6 for TRS2006, but since September, all aircraft are build 2.7 for Trainz Classics, this is the lowest build the DLS will now accept.

The Messerschmitt BF110 is now available, there is a night fighter G version. This is unusual because of the large search antenna on the nose, it was more successful in this role.

Use the B key to flare on landing. Static versions are available.

Thanks for your map Keith, a useful addition.

Might upload the KC-135 tonight if it checks out ok, the Chinook will take longer, to make it load correctly.

Yay!
Just uploaded the static aircraft reskins and will post again when they are ready.

I just rediscovered a old reskin that needed completing.

Maybe the final touch to our A380 family? Is anyone interested? If so I will upload it. :)

Ian, you continue to impress me with your work, Well Done.

I was trying to edit this route and had some errors.

The screenshot depicts a high altitude landing on a steep slope up for landing and takes off down hill. The airport holds about 4 small aircraft. It is one of the top 10 most dangerous airports. The Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla in Nepal

This has been created in 2009 and you have some missing dependancies, check with cmp. Remember this map will not automaticaly download any missing assets from DLS as it is not yet completed for upload. Your bottom picture is just a test area where planes can start and be controlled when incoming and Im not doing anything to that section. It is a hidden plane yard out and beyond.

The KC-135 tanker is now available, This will connect to the FA-18s and Tomcats for simulated refuelling. Please read post 1181, page 79, in this thread for information on operations.
