New Aircraft

Hi Guys,

I've been off the grid for a while and still am. I've check the posts here every now and then but haven't done any Trainz stuff since before Xmas.

I can't help you with your query. Vulcan may be able to help but he's been off the grid for a while as well. I think we burnt him out toward the end of last year. His webpages (link below) have some information but not necessarily what you're after. The trigger was designed by boat I believe. Maybe boat has the answer. Try sending a personal message.

Hope that helps.

Judah,
E190. Vulcan built us the shorter E180 a few months ago but we don't have an E190 as yet.
I can bump the SW Gold up the list. I think i worked out there are about 9 different ones on my list between the gold, purple and new blue liveries across multiple 737 variants. They do, after all, have the biggest 737 fleet in the world.
The American Airlines is a tricky one. The shiny fuselage requires a particular amount of attention and intervention from Vulcan. There are some American liveries out there already but the models are a bit outdated. Maybe you mean the "Astrojet".

So. I'll get on the Southwest as soon as I get back to it. It could be a few weeks off.

Cheers

Rob

Hi Pascal

Can I come back to you on your offer to help my Heathrow project? (post #3389)

I've more or less now got a full day's working timetable signalled and up and running for AI and turning my mind towards authentic timetabled aircraft.

Most aircraft have already been produced by yourself and others (at least an aircraft in the Operator colours if not the actual type) but I am having to use an alternative operator colour scheme for the following. I wondered if you could produce any of the following for me?

Sri Lankan 330-200
Kenya Airways 777-200
Kuwait Airways 340-300
Oman Air 330-300
Etihad Airways 340-600
Gulf Air 330-200
Pakistan International 777-300
Royal Maroc 737-800
Arik Air 340-500
Vueling 320
Transaero 737-800
Saudia 777-200
Bulgaria Air 319
Icelandair 757-200
Jet Airways 777-300
Tarom 318

Anything from the above would be appreciated

Paul

Hi Paul,

Good to have some news from you. Sure I can make some of these aircrafts, but not at the same time!! Do you have a preference, or is it already sorted by priority?

I am finishing an A320 Brussels Airlines "Tintin", then an Easyjet A319, then I should start.

Pascal

Thanks for that Pascal - my preferences include

Etihad 340-600
Pakistan 777-300
Transaero 737-800
Jet Airways 777-300
Gulf Air 330-200

but whatever you can produce is very much appreciated

Paul

Was just screwing around with this for fun, not sure how far i'll take it for Trainz so I will just slide this render in here ;)

by the way, for the AA ones, I meant the ex-US Airways ones like PSA and Piedmont. I've seen the PSA jet in person. Kinda like a heritage unit for planes! Very nice! Also, isn't there an E190 on the DLS? Or not? As for the Southwest, I am very excited! I need to build a new route to fly my Planez on! Hmmmm....

sorry for the noobish question but would that last render be a CRJ? (dad works for US/AA) but I've never really looked at the puddle jumpers much mainly just the A319 (why couldn't they use the goddamn baby Boeing's) when going back and forth from San Diego.

Boeing 717 isn't it? Pretty much the same airframe as the MD80 & DC-9. Same low wing, high tail, 2 rear fuselage jet configuration as the CRJ & the Fokker 100. CRJs have winglets though.

Hi,

This is the Airbus l'A320 of Brussels Airlines, recently re-decorated to Tintin colours (Red Rackham's treasure).

MD-80, which is much longer than a 717 and has the good old JT8D engines and old tail design.

The EasyJet A319 is arrived.

This is the actual livery, which is progressively replaced by a new one. I'll have a look to that new one later.
