my product cue box is empty after downloading service pack for 2010 i dont know what to do can anyone help me, also i cant use most of the trains i downloaded either what do i do?

Maybe instead of making double threads for help you could of Directed it all in one thread asking for etc etc...

Hi deegeeze74,
you need more than one item to makeup an engine, best thing to do is select the item you downloaded in CM3, then right click it and select view all dependencies in the pop up window then select view in main window and then you can drag all the items that you still need to download, in to the download helper window and press start.

Run the database repair routine in CM3

Make sure you are not only seeing the "gold star" favourites when in the main program.

You may have a faulty download of the patch-try downloading again and installing again. Hope you kept a backup before you ran the patch........(OH Dear....). Worst scenario- You may have to re-install TRS2010, then patch,then re-download everything.

There are other threads on problems people have had after installing the service pack-do a forum search ( look in the TRS2010 threads-this is really where you should be asking the question). Especially the posting set as a "sticky" from Zec at Auran.
