I am using Trigger Multiple Signal Rule to protect the crossing shown above.
1. Prior to any train crossing triggers TA or TB signals SA and SB indicate "Track clear for next 2 Blocks" and trains pass the signals okay.
2. Train A crosses trigger TA and both signals indicate "Block ahead is occupied" and Train B stops at signal SB.
3. Train A clears triggers TA and TB and signals SA and SB indicate "Track clear for next 2 blocks".
4. Train B does not move. Message board indicates "XXXX awaiting track clearance".
The TMS rule is working exactly as it's supposed to. I simply don't know why Train B does't continue when given the all clear. The signals indicate the triggers are clear so I know that Train B hasn't stopped itself. I have moved signals, changed signals, moved triggers and nothing seems to solve the problem.

Edit: I have solved my problem but I don't know exactly why. I simply kept changing signals until I found one that works. I am just learning some of the signals and it's obvious that my application takes a certain type signal.
