Need help from Auran!

I made this account im using right here for Simulator Central, I didn't know that this account was linked to Auran I need Auran to unregister my old Serial number and help me place it in this one I have no way to claim my purchase unless I do. The user account I created and registered serial numbers with is McHone_Adam and I need it to be registered with this one. I need some pretty serious assistance.

Basically to explain this, I made this account for simulator central ( not thinking this was connected to auran in any way) and so I made a new account for auran for the forums ( a.k.a McHone_Adam ) and registered my serial number here to use the download station. Tonight I got a response from a support member from simulator central that stated that I had never registered serial numbers with them. I went on a search to figure out where on earth I register my serial number for this game. It then hit me, I use my username from simulator central in auran to register my serial number. so now I read the quote ( Serial numbers are not transferable... well news is I paid them money so I better be able to transfer this serial number to another account or ill request a refund. Thanks for any assistance Auran team!

Auran account support cannot help you from here. You will have to create a ticket with the Help Desk.

It seems you have TS12 registered to BOTH user names here in the forum, which I didn't think was possible, so why not just use the other name, since that one accepted your registration, it should have already "claimed" TS12, and be fully functional...much like giving yourself a gift, the purchaser does not matter, only the registrar.

If I purchase a Gift for my Nephew, he would register Trainz Serial Numbers with his email, not mine (the purchaser, registered with N3V SimCentral).
