Looking at the config files you can hunt it down to what the missing asset is (horn, enginesound, bogie...)
Sometimes a dependency that is no longer available, can be swapped for a dependency that is very similar, or that has better sound effects. Even tunnel and bridge track kuids can be swapped and altered in a config file.

Try google for the KUID's. May sound silly, but you will find that it often will track down those missing ones. I did a search on what you posted and found the first 2 to be from RRmods, or perhaps something related to them. I can tell you the last one however, it's from our Southern F7's at Jointedrail. Go to out site and grab the freeware SOU F7's and that will take care of the last KUID on your list.
