If by "clutter" you mean scenery objects, Maddy25 made some steel coils.
kuid 124017:20004 and also made an aluminum coil for variety. 124017:20024

I think you're looking for the blocks that are keeping the Coil from rolling away?

If so, the answer is yes. There is a set of 'pallet sleepers' on the DLS. I'm not sure at the moment what they are really called. You could search under 'forklift' and 'boxes' and 'pallet'...

I think I understand what you are after Tromben, have a look at the download Station for these creators, 58223 and 86311 (do not forget to tick the kuid number thing). You will find many products and the scenery items there that may help, both creators have also produced Car Factory parts for a layout/route.

From the download station search menu: "Title" type in "steel coil" and/or "aluminum coil"

That should give you the "scenery" objects instead of the product.
