Need a little help with conecting track to an industry

Everytime I try to connect a track to an interactive track on an industry it wont. I can try and try but it just seems to act like there aint even another track there to connect with. Is there something wrong or am I just not doing something correct.

You maybe tring to connect to a IND that is on another layer. See if you can edit the IND.
If this not the problem then someone else will have to help.
