navigation display madness!

Hello fellow Trainz friends and experts in session creations. I have a nagging problem with my session. Im new at this and Im doing ok with the Navigation Display rules. However, this is likely a simple fix but I don't get it.
Here's the scenario.. my player train is traveling and 60 per and I have to stop at a siding and pick up a string of empties cars to take with my loaded ones.

The Nav display is triggered about a mile from where I stop. I see the stop display and I slow to stop. The next item is to uncouple from my train. I see the icon but it doesn't fire when I uncouple the engines (3 units) from the first car behind the third unit. All engines are named "Player Train". Sometimes if I back onto the train again, it will fire and the icon disappears and then my next stop icon appears so I can back down the siding and pick up the empties.

Not sure how I insert my screenshots either but maybe someone has a configuration they always use for this.

How do I configure this to work the way I want? Any suggestions

Firstly, have you looked at the pages on the Trainz Wiki that cover the Navigation Point Rules? They are at:-
Secondly, you mentioned that all engines are named "Player Train", this might be part of the problem. Rolling stock items, particularly when they have to be identified for use in Rules and Driver Commands, must have unique names - "Loco 1", "Loco 2", "Loco 3", for example, would be perfectly acceptable.

A third point is do you have the Uncouple Navigation Point on the first wagon after the 3rd loco? That is where the uncoupling will occur.
Yes that is where it is. the funny thing is when I uncouple the engines it doesn't fire but if I back onto it again it fires. Do I need a consist check rule after I disconnect from the main train?

I would not think so. An idle thought - is is set as a "Couple" Nav Point instead of a "Decouple"? That would explain it executing after the loco recouples with the wagon.
