Narrow gauge screenshots

hmm..
I guess you win the cliff battle:hehe: Thats spectacular!
If that track is 36in then whats it called?

Thanks. And no its not 36inch, its 30in. The track can be replaced with 36 in fill track tho, becouse I used fill track on the 30 in, so the cliffs are set up to handle fills. But no, its not 3ft gauge.

Not bad guys. Expect some pictures from me soon, I think I've got the hang of it. After these, expect a screenshot of what the route looks like now.

Hang on, I've got everything sorted now. Here we go.

Well, I'm glad that works. Here's another pic from while I was still developing the second station.

OK, here are some pictures from the first station and in the country. I've tried to make the country look similar to the countryside around the R.H.&.D.R.

There will be more screenshots of the fully complete route tonight (hopefully). I present to you, the Lancostrim Valley Railway. And yes, those are MSTNoodle's miniature engines and carriages. I'm thinking of making reskins of the coaches. I'll ask for his permission, though, as they are originally his models.

Why, thank you. Sorry that those links came up, I was hoping that the images themselves would show up. I guess I'd better be careful what I do next with screenies.

Ok, I know you guys as well as I are getting tired of seeing my cove. This will be the last group of shots from this location untill I get alot more done.

So for one last look, a glimpse of what you could see if I make a 3ft version...

SPNG, i think you're gonna have some major tie replacement jobs on your hands after that, since those 3ft gauge engines are runnin' on 'em  :o

THAT WHAT WE NEED! A 30IN WORK TRAIN!
Gotta ask for a steam crane and crane tender.

There are already some MOW cars out there for 30in, and by that I mean Ballast Cars and Tie and Rail cars. But yea, a crane, pile driver, and mabie a speeder or two, would be cool to have.

Bobcass,

Do you use a special program to grade the land under the track? I cant seem to get it to do that, and have to use fill track. And by looking at yours, I know you are not using fill. Care to share please? I could realy use somethin like that.

Tyler: No I don't use any specific method..First thing I do is always use the smoothing tool either at 0.00 or grade percentage..Sometimes I only click once with smoothing, sometimes twice if I want it wider..I always try to make sure all my baseboards are 5m..Make sure that all of your track has nice smooth flow and straight where needed..Sometimes I look at the track and see where I might delete a spline too keep that flow..Now another thing I do use the height tool and maybe lower my track -.10..If you have a crossing of tracks make sure they are at the same level..Thanks for asking..
