Narrow gauge coupler transition car

Hello,
A while ago I downloaded a narrow-gauge (both 3ft and 2ft) 'coupler transition' car between link-and-pin and knuckle couplers. Since my last hard drive crashed, I haven't been able to find it. Does anyone have a KUID, author name, any info on these very useful cars?

I've never seen anything in 2 foot. You could swap the bogies I guess.
