I too, have spent time searching DLS for the nameable flags and colored stick pins. Then, one day, I decided to make my own. So, I got my gmax program running and after some experimenting, I figured out how to make them and how to make the same entry appear on both sides. The only thing I haven't figured out was how to start with a blank flag but once the desired entry is made, the raw name doesn't matter.
I also made my own stick pins.
In fact, I know how to model with Blender and if I need an asset for a route, I simply make my own.
I have nothing against other people's work. However, when I show my route to others, I can brag that the only part of the route that belongs to the game is the topography.
And that is way it is.
