Name-able signs not showing

This was a problem a few years ago, and was corrected. Unfortunately, it's seems to be occurring again. Things like station signs, track mileposts, etc, are once again showing blank. I'm on build 105096.
Not sure if this has been reported or not.

With Bld 105096 I've had no problem with signs. For example, one that I just checked is Sign Station Oz 3a.

Update - Weird, now they're showing as proper again. Maybe I gotta cut down on the drinking!!! lol

Update to the update - just checked again. The saved session that I just opened, and had the track milepost markers showing properly, now do NOT show them. They're blank!!!! This changed while the session was running. And it's 10:15am, so I haven't been drinking!!!!

Stranger still - after the train had passed, I checked that milepost again, and the number was showing properly. I wonder if it has something to do with the processor or video card being overworked?
