Lets get you patched up to date first, when you launch trainz what is your build number (bottom right) of screen.

Can I ask you to register your copy of Trainz? You can find a 'Register' link on the top of the forums, between 'Download Station' and 'Helpdesk'.

You will need to contact Helpdesk re: the registration issue, as patching requires this. Check this by clicking Planet Auran, then Serial Number, then fill in the form.

Shane

P.S. Scottbe8 - may I make a small correction? The Register button is actually for registering new user accounts.

Hi to All

Hello Richard.
What settings have you got in your Nvidia display panel and how much memory does the card have?
Have you tried OpenGL and DX?
Are you up to date with DX and make sure you have DX9c installed too.
Add these lines to your Trainz options text file-
-framerate=25
-framestoaverage=16
-FreeIntCam
Copy and paste them to the bottom of the list.

Shane meant latest not last I think.
When in driver mode open the main menu (top left) and select options then video settings. have sliders 1,2,3+5 set dead centre. Still jittery ?
Drop 1 to 2500 draw distance.
Up 6 to add a touch of good weather fog.
Keep juggling until you get a smooth replay.

yes i have tryed dx and opengl no improvement

i have 2gb on the card and the latest drivers are on board in ref to frame rate you got me where do you put it

had a look at the youtube video no sound???

catch some one on line???

Many thanks

Richardc

In your trainz options (frame rate). Open the trainz folder wherever you have it .
