Here's a shot of my first attempt at a route, doing a little switching in the yard :wave:

Looks like you're using MP Wood track...there is also MP Wood Ballast and MP Concrete Rusty Ballast textures on DLS to match those tracks.

Using "MB Quad 4m" mainline as a template, and connecting MP track between it is an easy way to get paralell tracks closer, so that ballast touches ballast.
