It looks good to me.
I doesn't say what CPU you have but it is a quad at a good clock rate so it should do well.

Looks like an i5 760. That's what I run and yeah with big ram, 1gb GPU & 64bit OS they do haul rrrrr's \o/ congrats! Great choice. Hopefully your mobo will go i7 as well for the future.
