my add on can't load perfectly .. :(

hello ..
i have some trouble in my trainz 2009
first , after installing the trainz , i load my own CDP collection to my trainz 2009
after finished that , i want to see my add on

and

something gonna wrong
my add on not load perfectly like usually
it's look like in this picture

i don't know what happen ,
before this incident , my add on is work normally
i ask to local forum , they can't solve my problem ..

any one can solve my problem ???/
