Good Morning,
I'm having issues with sighing into my account & asked for a password reset and I am not getting the email to do so. I thought I updated all my new information not long ago with new email address so can I get help with this.

Your login details (username and password) for Trainz should be exactly the same as it is for this forum (username: EJB and password: <whatever>).

1. From the Trainz Launcher select Trainz Settings
2. then select the MyTrainz tab
3. Then click on the blue username link (it should show "EJB" but if you are having issues it may show "user" or "username")
4. Enter your forum username (EJB) and password (<whatever>)
5. Wait until you receive an acknowledgement that the login has succeeded (if you don't get one then contact Support using the link at the top of this page)
6. Exit Trainz completely
7. Wait a minute then restart.
