I have been gone for years now and I just came back on and I saw a lot of posts about me one of which someone was wishing me Happy Birthday! I have been working on lots of models I have worked with Assassins Creed 3, doing the buildings and I have worked with EXM Games, etc. I have worked on 3 AAA Titles. I have been Skyping with metrarailboy1, jkuhn, tylerwhite555, etc. and I will finish my F59PH and make repaints in GO Transit, NCDOT, Metrolink, AMT, TRE, etc. I will also make every model I have available for Railworks. Anyway, I doubt you've read the new Railworks EULA if you're thinking of releasing them in both?

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

9.1 If you make content for use with the Software (which we will refer to as "user generated content" or "UGC"), you are solely responsible and liable for that user generated content. RailSimulator.com Limited does not approve or endorse this user generated content and does not accept any liability or responsibility regarding it.
This user generated content has not been screened or tested by RailSimulator.com Limited. Accordingly, it may adversely affect your use of RailSimulator.com’s products. If you install this user generated content and it infringes the rules regarding user-generated content, RailSimulator.com Limited may choose to discontinue any support for that product which they may otherwise have provided.
The RailWorks EULA sets out in detail how user generated content may be used, which you can review further here: www.railsimulator.com/terms. (g) The UGC must not infringe any third party Intellectual Property Rights or other rights;

(h) The UGC must comply with all relevant legislation and must not contain any material which may be considered offensive, defamatory, illegal or which could cause any reputational loss or embarrassment to us;

(i) The UGC must be designed and used for personal entertainment and not for any business purpose or for any commercial purpose such as, but not limited to, employee traing, route planning or infrastructure design;

(j) You must have the right and ability to meet the terms of this licence (so, for example you must not have agreed to signed a contract with another party on terms that conflict with this agreement);

(k) You must agree that your username and/or other details may be advertised and used in connection with the UGC;

(l) Any software or tools (also known as the 'Editor') that we supply which assist the creation of UGC are provided on an 'as is' basis without any warranty, representation or support by us. They may be amended, altered or removed by us at our discretion at any time. Please note that they will require expert knowledge to be used properly.
9.3 If you breach any of these terms and conditions, then we reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove availability of your UGC or to take any other steps we consider appropriate, including under clause 11.2 of this EULA

Blaa Blaa Blaa I have read the new Terms and Conditions and I personal hate them :n:. But I can ether contact railworks and get a licence to use them both in Railworks and Trainz, or I have to release only several of the locomotives and railcars.....(forgot to mention I made some also)for Trainz and then some for Railworks. For Railworks I will say that I'm making a full Surfliner, Amtrak California, and Coaster Sets. There is a route being made in Railworks for the Train Sets, and they might be Railworks Accepted Payware on their site. Like always all my stuff has real sounds and custom stuff on them. This is probably going to be my final Spot Light.................. or not??

(PS: DAMN ADHD IS MAKING ME REDO THE METRA CARS & CAB CARS AND ALSO THE EMD F40PHM-2 :eek: )
 
Hey thomas, glad to see ya again. Sincerely, and not disturbing, those are the same renders that you posted before your long break. And now things in RW has changed, so much. Lots of CCs are leaving the platfform because with his recents and last game engine update all the configs, how-to's, procedures,.... Hve changed and the old ones works no longer from TS2013 and above. So it will not be easy. And seeing how you modelled the Surfliner cabcar i recommend you to use a 3D program like 3DSMax to have the poly counts at a decent level. We are happy to have you back here and looking forward to prpgress

yah I didn't know whether or not I posted the pictures. I have done three texture map fixes and I'm trying to make them easy for people/ Trainz fans to make more repaints.
