Multiplayer maps

Hi folks, I am sort of new to trainz 12, have trainz 09 and I believe somewhere I have trainz 2006, now I am looking for some good multiplayer maps, I have seen that Mojave is available for multiplayer but there are a lot of different version available for download, which version do you folks recommend to download?, and how do I play multiplayer?, I only have experience from the 2006 when you had to connect to a partner and you did send the trains via tunnels. And a little oftopic but any good single player maps where you can control everything by yourself and any maps for download like the mojave sub division?

May I suggest UMR SUMMER TS12 Version 3.0 by Mmonti. You only need to drag the session to your download box It is a large map but there are usually a few people on who can help you settle in. It takes a while to download and normally takes quite a while to download the assets you need the first time you play it. If you can,t get in the session try an extended database repair. For Single player maps try Port Ogden & Northern TS12 and anything else by Philskene.

I would recommend Montana Rail Link 1.5 (route and session).

You might look at Niddertalbahn for TS12 as it is a really nice MP route set in Germany with recent and previous eras (80's, and steam) available.

I would suggest Montana Rail Link 1.5. Beattie puts up a session on Friday nights with some good guys. If you read through the MP forum, you'll see which one that people have trouble with and which ones to avoid.

thx for the replys, I have downloaded most of your suggestion and will start testing them out, but please keep the suggestions coming, I like the mojave session, got any tips for identical?
