MS Tunnels + JR MS tracks

Hi.
I just cant build a tunnel with MS tunnel objects and the JR MS grey tunnel track. When raising the ground the tunnel track raises too.
I have the mojave division route from Jointedrail I presume, and i can see it working but i cant find the magic step or tool for a working tunnel.
If anyone can help me i would apreciate it.

That's just the way it is. You'll need to rotate to align with track first, drag to the dighole and slowly fudge it in with object height tool and 5m terrain adjustment.

The reason why the tunnels fit in perfectly on Mojave is because they were custom-made for that route.

Thank you for yor reply. I already have create a dighole, put there both portal and tracks, raise the ground alongside the track perfectly, even to 20m high, and now how to create a roof ? I cant understand exactly what you mean by fudge.

After some experiences I finally got it. The right dighole, smoth ground elevation, the important spline at the middle of the tunnel track (i think) , then the correct adjustment of the gradient for the 3 splines and tunnel ready.
