Moving the driver?

When driving the Liskeard To Looe session, the single engine train has to reverse and I thought I saw a command pop up telling me to "move" the driver from the front of the train to the back of the train. I went by so fast that I didn't do anything, and the train moves along just fine with the driver still in the front of the train while it's moving along backwards.

Is there an actual command to make the driver move positions?
