Mouse Movement

Always needing help
Could someone help me to work out how to alter my mouse movement in T:ane please.

When looking around in cab view i have to right click and move to the edge of the screen several times.
Is there a way or option to alter this so i can right click and shorten the length i have to move mouse,Maybe one movement could spin me right around to face the back of the cab,Instead of multi movements to edge on screen to get there ?

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards
Brad

I tend to use the arrow buttons on my keyboard, I get a smooth fluid movement with those whereas the
laser mouse can get twitchy (especially when there are biccy crumbs on the mousemat) :)

When you are zoomed out the mouse moves the scene in large increments making close positioning difficult. I would really like the resolution of mouse made movements to remain constant regardless of zoom.

I find it hard to maneuver with my mouse. The cab view works ok but moving around in the scene sometimes results in wildly erratic movement, especially the closer you get to the scene. I have just a cheap Logitech mouse so that may be the problem.

Thanks,

It's, just in my trainz 2010 i have it at a slight movement spins me right around with non of the sweeping mouse several times to get to move around. But i haven't a clue how i did it to get it that way.

I will try all of the above and if any joy,i'll report back

I use and enjoy a Logitech G500s, and before this the G500, designed as a gaming mouse which allows you to set the response rate from dead slow across the screen to almost lightning fast. Precision and speed in the one package. Not cheap but I would recommend it.

Thanks for every ones efforts to help me out.

But nothing i have tried has shortened the movement of the mouse to turn around,Still takeing 3 to 4 right clicks and mouse strokes/movements to edge of the screen with the cursor.

I have a good mouse its the logitech G602 wireless gaming mouse

would it be anything to do with my resolution 1920 x 1080 60Hz

Be ready in an instant

Make the right moves in any game situation. Two easy-to-reach buttons allow quick shifting through up to five distinct DPI settings. Choose from pixel-precise targeting (250 DPI) to high-speed maneuvers (up to 2500 DPI) right when you need them. And while held, the DPI shift command allows you to temporarily use lower sensitivity for tricky FPS sniper shots; instantly return to faster speeds upon release

Judging by the second quotation from the Logitech site, you have the speed change facility I'm getting with the G500. Does it work for you? I have always felt there is a lag factor with wireless mice which I didn't like. How wide is your screen?
