More sessions for existing routes, and new routes download

Hello,
I am new to Trainz 2012. I want some more single player sessions for exisiting routes like southern china, balezino mosti. I could not find on the download station except for multiplayer sessions. Can anyone plz tell me are there any?

Any route can be run as a single player game,if it's a multiplayer just make it privet,or just click sand box.
