What exactly is broken? We can't help you if we don't have the details.
To be honest, there are close 600K assets that can be downloaded in addition to payware (DLC), and not counting third-party sites that have content internationally.
What we need is for you to go into Content Manager.
Highlight the asset(s) that are missing dependencies.
Press CTRL+C
and Open up the forum here, even respond to this post, and press CTRL+V to pate the information.
What else you can try is a right-click on the asset and choose download at the top of the menu. That will sometimes pull down a dependency if there's something that didn't get uploaded to the Download Station (DLS) at the same time as the other assets. I've run into that periodically over the years.
