modern switch track with movable switch points

Looking for modern switch track with movable switch points.

There are a few, but I am unsure if they work in TS12 ... I have seen only a few people using them in their screenshots ... I am unsure if they can go uphill a gradient or not.

gawpo50 has a series of animated point turnouts such as FFR No 20 Right Hand Turnout (Switch Stand Right),<kuid:453099:100492>. Each turnout name starts with FFR which I think is Fallen Flag Railroad. These are fixed track types but can be tilted up and down to fit gradients.
