Model Railroading

I've always based my private work off of the real deal, but lately, I've been thinking of trying a hand at HO scale modeling within Trainz. I guess I will start with a simple question, which is, where would I be able to find a maquette table setting for Trainz as to get the general feel for model railroading set? I already have all the measurements figured out, but I just need this table to place my layout on. I guess this is a good example of what I'm looking for:

There is none, most people assemble it from scratch using items from the DLS, in my experience in doing this, is to work backwards and rough out the track and basic building placement first and then build the bench work around it. The bench work and such are put in place like any out trainz assets. You could down load a few model trainz routes from the DLS to see how others do this.

In the UK a favoured method is to use the Trainz baseboard as the base for the model railway (railroad) and to make it the required size by removing unwanted parts using digholes. The room is created using oversized walls, a baseboard edge is added together with oversized artefacts such as pictures, tables, chairs etc. I personally use digholes etc. by 'itareus' (all on the DS) together with some of my own. See my website www.raywhiley.co.uk for my thoughts on this topic.
