Allow me to interject here. Fixing the missing texture is not so complicated if you use Pevsoft utility. If needed I can PM with the how to. The problem is when you (Me), have over 2,000 assets with the same problem. Oh, you may say, do a batch conversion. But the method used on Pevsoft is difficult and I can't make it to work. Does anyone know of an easy way to do it? Thanks.

Not so difficult. Here's the string I use in my .cmd file.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\PEVSoft\Images2TGA\Images2TGA.exe" -trawl "E:\TRS22_DATA\Editing\%1%"

You need to keep the quotes.

The part in bold is your Trainz data folder. The setup is the same for TRS19 as it is for TRS22 - substitute the data folder you have with mine.

Copy this into a text file, edit to suit your needs and then save the file as a .cmd file such as PEVs_Images2TGA.cmd .

To use it:

You open the asset(s) up for editing in Content Manager.
Run your batch.

When the program finishes, close Images2TGA which remains open. There's a way to have it close but I prefer to leave it open at the end.

Then submit your content in Content Manager when everything is completed.

John: I am still confused: You say.. "substitute the data folder you have with mine". Yours is as shown "E:\TRS22_Data\Editing\%1%", so it means to change my built for %1%? But, on the Data folder I don't have \Editing. Then, I assume, to write all this line in the notepad and save it as .cmd ?
Please confirm and or perhaps explain a little more.

Take this part here E:\TRS22_DATA\Editing\ and replace that with your Trainz data folder. Leave the %1% part because that's the substitution path for the editing folder.

You have to have the editing folder because that's part of the Trainz data folders.

and yes, you write all this into a Notepad file that you save as a .cmd file.

Hope this helps.

When I open Program Files (Explorer), then TANE or 19, I see Data. Open it and there is no editing. I recall long ago, there is a setting somewhere to see hidden files?

No, that's not the location of the data folder.

By default, Trainz now puts the data folder in C:\Users\your-login-name\AppData\Local\N3V Games\TRS19\Build xxxxxxx

The xxxxxxx = some sequence of alphanumeric characters.

If you can't see the AppData folder, then you need to unhide the folder.

This will help you if you don't know how to do that.

Could the confusion be because the editing folder is not within the Data folder, it is within the Userdata folder? For example, my editing folder for TANE is at;

D:\TANE\Userdata\editing

Some point here...
The Screenshots folder does not exist until the first screenshot is taken.
Similarly, I think the Editing folder probably doesn't exist until some asset is opened for editing.
I seem to remember that a "fresh" installation looked like this.
It is not clear to me if Kbuilder22 has already edited material previously.
By the way, the usual route would be under C > User > PC > AppData > Local > etc.
Also remember that by default AppData is hidden.

Sure enough I found the app data and local folders. It so happens that during the TRS12 times I was able to do all this, and I still have the batch file in the Open (CM), so it runs automatically (Not for TGA though). Problem is that doing as suggested I can't see the batch in the open of TRS19. Sure I am doing or missing something. I wish there is a tutorial made on all this. Thank you all anyway..
