Missing serial number for DLC

Hi folks,

I run Trainz 12. I just bought and downloaded the Settle and Carlisle pack. But there is no serial number.

1. The serial number was not provided in the order confirmation email.

2. There is no serial number listed at simulatorcentral.com under the tab, "My serial numbers."

3. Simulatorcentral.com shows my order. But it says "Serial number(s) to be issued." Settle and Carlisle is blank.

Thank you for any help you can provide. I'd really like to play.
