You can get this by downloading and installing their free Jordan Spreader.

If you had this and it's now giving you issues, check Content Manager, it's possible that the asset is opened for edit. You want to highlight it, right-click, and choose Revert to original.

That is a free download from the Jointed Rail website, listed under dependencies/ engine sounds/GE EVO engine sound (TS12) You need to register with JR to log in and access the downloads.

I'm gonna have to ask for some help.

I have no idea how this happened, but the majority of my rolling stock and locomotives randomly showed missing kuids.

First: <kuid2:45324:100:5> Which my search for lead me here, because it is mentioned above. I tried the solution mentioned by JCitron, but it didn't solve my problem. I do not know why.

Second: <kuid2:276266:100460:23> I haven't been able to find any mention of this one online at all so far.

Help would be very appreciated as playing the game the way I have been recently would prove very difficult with the amount of rolling stock and locomotives I have that function.

The <kuid2:45324:100:5> is erroneous to me, I have <kuid2:45324:100:3> dummy engine installed from the DLS.

I do not have <kuid2:276266:100460:23> or any other version of this in TANE, TRS19 or TRS22. I tried <kuid:276266:100460> up to <kuid2:276266:100460:10> and cannot find it

I stopped to soon the current version is on the DLS <kuid2:276266:100460:22> EMD GP40-2 Cab.

I have noticed Trainz sometimes invents incorrect kuid versions and it can be very time consuming trying to find the correct one.

I haven't learned too much more since I posted in here last night, except that I am not the only person missing <kuid2:276266:100460:23>.

And, I went ahead and made a ticket on N3Vs's support, as <kuid2:276266:100460:23> is an Auran asset. I don't know if that will help but I thought it's worth a shot.

Update!

I was able to download <kuid2:45324:100:5> "dummy engine" from the DLS just now. It was not available previously so I guess that was fixed between me checking last and now.

Unfortunately <kuid2:276266:100460:23> is still not on the DLS, so no news there yet. I'll check again in the morning.

I'll post this in both Missing Kuids and the thread that was specifically made for this issue so anyone with these problem(s) has a high chance of seeing it.

You will NOT find :23 anywhere, it is not released. The current version is :22 and it is on the DLS. If N3V have corrupted the config file with ;23 you will need to open the config for edit and change ;23 TO ; 22

If it was a smaller number of assets affected I would have already done this.

I don't have a problem waiting a couple days to see if N3V does anything before I go and edit several hundred assets.

Checking my Email this morning, I saw that last night I received a response on my ticket. Unfortunately however, the solution that was given did not help my situation at all. I replied with this and will check again tomorrow morning.

Make sure you change the dependency reference in both the string reference in the top part as well as in the kuid-table, otherwise the incorrect version will still be referenced.
