Download any dependencies and go to the link for the horns. I always download all the horns and other dependencies offered even if I don't need them at that moment. I'll then place the unneeded ones in the Trainz Content folder on my backup drive. The reason for that is these assets come up more often than not and instead of doing the KUID hunt, I check my offline content storage first.

It is from payware routes "Dry Brook & Esopus Valley RR" and "Pennsylvania & Berwind" from JR. Sometimes dependencies are freely downloadable.
 
Okay, Downloaded VR Goulbyrn Murray Lines v4

68 missing assets. Kinda confused as to why Auran assets could be missing. Had a look at all assets by Auran and the first three are on the DLS as a kuid but not as a kuid2. I suppose I can swap them in the config file but I thought kuid2 was the improved version? And if someone else has a kuid2, why is that not on the DLS?

First, I want to commend you for providing a properly formatted list that made searching easy.

These are packaged DLC assets from various payware routes. You may be able to find some of these assets on the DLS by right-clicking and choosing list asset versions. (Highlight a bunch and it'll list a bunch). Since these are updated, click on the obsolete version listed as available for download, obsolete, and choose download this version from the menu.

Yeah, it was probably me and it's definitely easier to search for things in Content Manager that way. ;-)

I don't think there's a way to check that something is payware until you go looking for it and someone such as myself who has all DLC and can tell you. I found out by checking the dependency list in Content Manager and it listed all the assets as packaged. Looking at the names, I knew right away who and where they came from, such as the grass textures are by Gawpo50, the creator of the C&O Hinton Division route.
 
It is the Sript Library from Trainz Market (that seems to no longer exist, so you may try the Wayback Machine). It was used in payware (maybe freeware too) rolling stock.
 
Greetings. I am looking for <kuid:840699:100280> by Hardtack, which is used in his Version 5 update of Dave Snow's DES Ozark Valley. Or at least find out what it was if a substitution is possible.
Also looking for <kuid:252585:291070418> by masontaylor for KotangaGirl's Route <kuid2:768291:12786:1> DWW MR O gauge 'Lynborough' Broad Gauge-FINAL V2
