Best I can discover is that it is part of 'Lucy's Supply Run' --- from the dependencies PDF file...

Thank you sir, you are awesome. The link I found to 4700a is a 404, but the asset was packaged in the kuid_44700 cdp - the one that says to install last. @nachito, Thomas assets are notorious for missing assets and sites that offer incomplete packages. A lot of us just don't try to collect that stuff as a result. Best bet is to contact the site you got the assets from, otherwise you are probably out of luck.

See my post #3,946 above. Perhaps you could check the config.txt of whatever loco this goes to and see if it is a bogey or a horn or an enginespec or engine sound. If so, you could find a substitute from another Thomas character you already have.
