I don't recall ever seeing an 8 digit KUID before, so pretty certain that may just be a spam post if anything
The UserId of the KUID is a 32 bit number.
- 24 bits are used for positive UserIds (maximum 16777215)
- if the most significant byte is 0, it's a KUID
- if the most significant byte is in the range from 1 to 127; it's the version of a KUID2
- if the most significant byte is 0xFF (255) it is a negative KUID

I'm missing 3 kuids from my route UMR2022 that were never missing before. A little stumped by this one.

As much as this is a nice answer, SI3D has been closed since 2018, and Sean won't just hand out the kuids anymore (nor does he liked people redistributing them). So anything SI3D that isn't 06 or 09 is basically a needle in the hay stack
The latter 2 are ok to ask because skarloey123 has been nice to allow archiving of such kuids by many over the past few years.
Well it may be an unfortunate situation. There are at least two live sites that can be abbreviated SI3d:

And if the original site is still available via wayback, then that makes three. But my answer remains the same. Every TTTE site I have been to results in downloads with missing assets, so that is my story and I am sticking to it.

latters a fake reupload. formers the real 06 site. I host the official 2009 reupload approved by skarloey123 himself. But yes, you are not wrong. You don't know how many times I have been asked regarding kuids because thomas stuff seems to use kuids that not everyone has. Good for uniqueness, bad for others
