Downloaded the Baltimore to Connelsville and West Mega Route by jrfolco. Got the following:

Hi Jessica. It looks like
-25:752 shows built-in for me in TRS19 Platinum, so you should have it?
-25:753 shows as probably from ECML Kings Cross - Edinburgh, which I also think you should have.
1942:24017:1 is by tafweb, <kuid2:1942:24017:1> Signal Gantry end, also from EMCL Kings Cross - Edinburgh
<kuid2:124017:26042:3> YARN Bridge01 Support by maddy shows as built-in for me.
I am running TRS2019 Platinum SP3 build number 111951

ECML Kings Cross - Edinburgh doesn't show up anywhere in the menus for me, not even as an option to purchase. Only ECML route even mentioned ingame is Edinburgh - Dundee. Also running Platinum SP3 111951.

Not sure if this will help, but try going to the content store (the bottom link when you click on the trainz launcher). See if you can find it there. FWIW, I tried 2 sessions in both ECML versions and they consistently crash within a few minutes, every single time. @@

Now that I look there, it does indeed show up. Thanks, it was one of the few built-in routes I hadn't actually installed.

With Frank_Dean's help, I am down to 25 missing kuids for this route, most of them from Blue_sky_interactive, but also some from raymondparrot, josefpav, piermarco, and trunda. The website that had the one for piermarco no longer exists and the one that has trunda's is blocked by Malwarebytes, so that's a problem. I'm also open to any other kuid versions of the kuid:
