Missing KUIDS? Post them here!

Hi all,

I just spent days downloading:

and they all have the same issue: multiple unknown assets.
Why are they availalble for download if they are missing multiple somethings? The two Texas routes are build 3.8 and the rest are 4.5... I was hoping the 'newer' routes (T:ANE=4.5) would be complete.
 
Some of the assets on the DLS don't come w/ all the deps. I thought it was only 0.9 through 3.5, NOT (I'm not yelling, just emphasizing) 4.5
 
<kuid:-25:1301> is in my session and it works fine in MP after uploading it to DLS on my main PC. On my 2nd PC with a different Account it is listed as unknwon asset. My main PC says it is "Drive to Trackmar" how ist that even possible that it is missing?? Isnt that an essential command for driver? If not how to i get rid of this in my session?

This is driving me insane! If i login my 2nd Account on my Main PC the session loads. Also i see other ppl just opened a pw protected mp with that session. So how? Whatam i missing?


EDIT: This is crazy. Others reported to me that kuid:-3:11149 is "Drive to Trackmark" for them. For me it shows<kuid:-3:11149> is showing as obsolete replaced by <kuid:-25:1301> on the day i installed the game...[COLOR=var(--text-normal)]

What are the missing assets?

If the assets are Pofig Trees, they are not going to work anyway due to a version change between TS12 and below, and the new Speed Trees used in T:ANE and up.
 
Casa26687, nothing requires a content creator to use all DLS content. As you are aware, there is content all over the world. It would be nice if all creators would create a list of non-DLS content and where to get it, but even then web sites come and go, and over time there is no guarantee the web site is still there. It's just one of the things you have to accept about Trainz, and why this forum thread exists.
 
Apparently built in to TRS2019, but in DLC. These two track assets:
kuid2:661281:44214:1
kuid2:661281:85197:1

I need to know what DLC packs they belong to. Thanks .
 
@HPL. Thanks, unfortunately I have Niddertalbahn and Laadgs payware items installed and those two tracks are still listed as missing.

Niddertalbahn is the TRS19 version <kuid2:620415:101000:15>. Strange: the .tzarc files are in both sc388 and sc485d folders, but in CM no trace of Laadgs Transporter (sc388) as dependant.
 
@HPL, yes I finally discovered there is a second Niddertalbahn made specifically for TRS2019. I feel a little ripped off here as when I purchased the Laadgs payware, I was not informed that the sessions included had to have The TRS2019 version installed.I have the TANE version. No mention of this when purchasing. In fact this is what is claimed on the purchase page:

-two sessions included (Niddertalbahn available for free!)

I also had this experience recently when my computer was out of action for a while and i wanted some routes to run on another PC, after hours of downloading, all were pretty much unusable unless you spent many more hours replacing missing bridges etc, as a result, i gave up using Trainz until my other computer was fixed as it wasn't an enjoyable experience.
. So I'm afraid hoping almost ANY route doesn't have missing kuids is an exercise in futility. its probably easier to make your own, or simply just download and look for the missing items by turning on the facility that shows them as red outlines. i expect to have to replace at least a couple of dozen items on almost any route for the DLS. You have to be REALLY alert to avoid including items not on the DLS , I've recently made the mistake of forgetting that I modded a lot of jangos items for a route that I intend to upload as freeware, now , I'm having to replace them all. Also, older routes often keep old assets as active even when they aren't being used in the route itself and that can cause endless confusion.
