No. It is not available, unless you want to search Russian forums, which include asking for it in Russian. The best idea is to replace it, as it is an interior.

This is for Deltic1955 -
Here is a hint for the future: if you cannot find a particular asset, anywhere, substitute that one with another that is suitable.

For example: Missing this kuid: 523:1972918 Big Steam Interior (may be defined differently)
Substitute: 522774:100128:1 Big Steam Interior Shell II
or another substitute: 520526:1729 Big Steam Interior Shell II (another very similar cab.)
Both of these subs are on DLS. There are substitutes for about 85-90% of all assets if you just think for a minute.
