Both of these appear to be SI3D related items - the site that used to host such items is no longer live.

theres another problem all my assets aren't faulty or missing dependencies, but there is some missing ground texture on the route, the route is "IoS the kellsthorpe extension" I also removed the 127 and made it into <kuid2:116296:16115:1>

Did you buy the locomotives from JR directly or from N3V? In the first case you get all the Kuids from your JR downloads page. In the second case, wait until N3V offers the DLC package for TRS19 (I remember to see this engines in one of your previous screenshots of your Pocahontas route) so you bought them somewhere.

No idea. It is a dependency from JPK Wyoming Coal route (<kuid2:55290:100128:1>).
