Sorry. Not sure what you mean by dropping it in the download helper. I'm using TS2010 and the are not available to me on the DLS... I see no reference on the JR site about additional dependencies for these.
These are all on the DLS. Though the ones on the DLS are kuid2 revisions, so content manager may not pick them up and you may need to manually go to the DLS to get them.

When downloading any of Lilb's assets, as i have found sometimes CMP does not grab everything. Best advice is to go into CMP, use the 'author' category in the search tab, and download all of the trucks and related KUIDs that are directly related to his rolling stock and engines. Download the latest versions only, then go and download whichever pack you like from JR. This has in the past helped me install his content without any trouble.
