Missing Kuids for JR UTLX 23000 gal tank car and Amtrak Trainz Amtrak Diner

I am missing KUID2:103021:60000:1 for the Jointed Rail UTLX 23000 gal Tank Car and KUID:160048:1067 for the Amtrak Diner from Amtrak Trainz. Does anyone know where to find these KUIDs? Please let me know. Thanks.

Search in CM or the black pages for fuel oil by lilb there is an update which is:

Edit - I have had a look at the Diners at Amtrak Trainz and notice there are two versions one for TS12 and one for other versions. They are on Jefff994betas page here:

The TS12 version has no missing dependencies while the other shows the missing dependency you mention, however this looks like a typo. The reference in the kuid table should be to KUID:160048:1007, the led corona, not KUID:160048:1067 as in the TS12 version.
