I need some help making some changes to the speeds and tractive efforts of bdaneal's locomotives. I used the information provided in the config file to figure out the exact tractive effort and it's max speed using the Steam Locomotive Designer found on
www.steamlocomotive.com. To find this, go to the tab on the top of the website titled 'Builders/Specs,' scroll down and place your mouse over 'specifications,' and click on 'Steam Locomotive Designer' on the list that appears on the right of 'specifications' (you need the boiler pressure (psi), driver diameter (in inches), cylinder diameter (in inches) and piston stroke (in inches)(the measurements are based what would be produced on a 0.1% grade (the results would be crazy high))). You need Java to use it. Here's the tractive effort and the speed for the different downloads (all use friction bearings and 2 cyliners):

Baldwin heavy 2-8-2M:
Tractive effort: 40,800lbs
Maximum Speed: 67mph

Baldwin light 2-8-2:
Tractive effort: 30,600lbs
Maximum Speed: 58mph

Baldwin heavy 2-8-2H:
