Missing Dependency from RRMods/JR

It says its on the DLS but it is a later version but I had it yesterday and now it says its gone. Plz help me.
Note: RRMods 2006 content use 2009 content fo some reason.:'eek:

<kuid2:45324:54002:3> shows up on the DLS and also in the Content Mangers for TS2010 and 2012.

You can only install the :2 version or below because the :3 version is build 2.9 which is for 2009 and above. Change the kuid in the loco config file from :3 to :2 which is the vmd loco sound effect library.

fran is correct you can only install up to :2. :3 requires 2009 or above.

RRMods GP40s and SD35s which used :2 but then one day it turned in to :3.
